Bref, j'ai trouvé un appart

Alors après avoir passé une semaine dans le froid et la pluie, sans faire de sport, à bosser tous les soirs sur des rapports, à se faire enfler par des agents immobiliers, à perdre 3h de transport pour visiter pendant 1h un labo inutile, à avoir faim et soif, à manger du riz avec des baguettes, à habiter dans un 10m2 à deux à 1h30 du centre-ville, à rencontrer personne et à se prendre la tête avec des chinois incompétents, le soleil s'est levé sur Shanghai et pour la première fois depuis deux semaines, il faisait beau !

Donc prenant notre motivation à deux mains, laissant de côté les 50 pages de rapport à écrire, les 2h30 de présentation à organiser, l'interro finale de chinois à réviser apprendre, et le cours de management à préparer, nous sommes partis dans le centre de Shanghai chercher un appartement.

Alors il faut savoir que les agents immobiliers chinois sont à peu près aussi compétents que les ingénieurs. On a beau préciser exactement ce qu'on cherche (un appartement avec deux chambres, à 5 minutes de la station de métro, du 30 mars au 10 aout, fully furnished), on a perdu un paquet d'heures à visiter des trucs qui ne correspondaient pas: soit le propriétaire refusait la durée, soit il n'y avait pas le bon nombre de chambres, soit c'était à 30 minutes à pied, soit l'appartement était vide... Alors si en France on parle de photos non-contractuelles sur un site, là on peut carrément parler d'appartement non-contractuel: des fois il n'y a strictement rien en commun entre l'appartement et l'annonce !

Mais aujourd'hui, il faisait beau, et dès le deuxième essai, nous avons trouvé un appartement qui nous correspondait parfaitement. Il était 11h. Après une longue période de discussion sur la durée, sur les dates, le moyen de paiement, la rédaction du contrat (3 exemplaires remplis à la main), du temps perdu en discussions où on ne comprenait rien, l'état des lieux et le changement de la serrure, nous avons enfin pris possession de notre nouvel appartement. Il était 15h30.
Donc la prochaine étape consiste à vider son compte en banque (et celui de ses parents, merci pour le coup de main ^^) afin de payer cash les 5 mois de loyer + 2 mois de caution, soit un total de 37250 CNY, le tout en billet de 100 (ya pas plus gros :p). Mais l’appartement vaut vraiment de coup, au 24ème étage d'une tour, à 5 minutes à pied d'une navette qui nous emmène au campus, d'une station de métro, de bars, à 10 minutes à pied d'un immense centre commercial et à 15 minutes à pied des boîtes de nuit. Bref, j'ai trouvé un appart.


Côté campus, on mène une analyse poussée sur le sens de circulation du canal devant notre résidence, et il s'avère que ce sens change assez régulièrement (alors que normalement un cours d'eau va toujours dans le même sens, enfin c'est ce que je croyais...). Nos premières estimations indiquent que la pluie doit y être pour quelque chose, mais il y a quand même anguille sous roche.

On a aussi essayé de gagner des produits ASUS en lançant des poulpes en peluche sur des filets de pirate, mais on a été assez mauvais. Dans tous les cas ça quand même une grosse différence avec les voies de communication française où ASUS compare mon ordinateur à un bombardier F-117A Nighthawk ^^.

Côté couloir (pas trouvé mieux comme nom ^^), si en France on a des détecteurs de mouvement pour allumer les lumières, en Chine on a… des détecteurs de son ! Donc il suffit de taper des mains pour que la lumière soit :).

Côté site, j'ai enfin pris letemps de faire un fonction qui m'affiche ma galerie et de la stocker sur le site, comme ça maintenant j'ai juste besoin d'inclure galerie.php et d'appeler une simple fonction à 4 paramètres, et PAF, ça fait des chocapics !

Sinon côté vacances, on a réservé les billets de trains et l'auberge de jeunesse, donc le premier avril direction Beijing pour une semaine de folie !

Sur ce, les photos de l’appart sont dans la galerie (vous avez en tête d’article un vue depuis l’appart), moi je retourne bosser (à 1/2 page de l'heure ça prend du temps les rapports...).
