Alors aujourd'hui nous allons parler d'un point important de la vie, ce qu'on mange ! Alors il faut savoir que c'est assez différent de la France ^^. Petit aperçu d'une journée côté ventre.

Donc on commence par le petit déjeuner. Alors pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas se passer de céréales ou de Nutella, Auchan est là pour vous (et encore...), mais c'est bien le seul. En effet, les Chinois ne mangent pas sucré au petit-déjeuner (en fait on peut tout de suite généraliser par le fait qu'ils ne mangent pas sucré du tout :s).

Au restau U, on peut petit-déjeuner pour 2 kuai (par exemple pain à la viande + porridge), ou si on est à Shanghai prendre des Bao Zi (boulettes fourrées à différents goûts) à 1 kuai l'unité :

Ensuite viens le repas du midi, que l'on prend tout le temps au restau unniversitaire car on s'en sort pour 7 kuai en moyenne. Par contre niveau choix c'est du riz, du riz, du riz, et de temps en temps des lamien (voir plus bas), avec un accompagnement (que l'on choisit !) comprenant quelques morceaux de viande (on arrive pas toujours à déterminer ce que c'est), du tofu et des légumes (même combat que pour la viande). Et quand on a vraiment faim, on peut se payer un gros repas à 15 kuai au Coréen (deux dernières photos).
Dans tous les cas, leurs aliments n'ont pas beaucoup de goût, donc ils blindent d'épices pour leur en donner un peu, et des fois c'est un peu violent ^^.

Alors normalement ensuite c'est le goûter mais comme on dit, pas de bras pas de chocolat, pas de sucré pas de goûté ! Donc du coup les Chinois mangent à 17h. On leur a demandé s'ils n'avaient pas faim à 22h, et ils nous ont répondu que non parce qu'ils étaient couchés... (-_-')
Mais ils ont quand même penser aux Européens et créé le Timo Café sur le campus où l'on peut avoir du chocolat chaud, du café et quelques pâtisseries sucrées (mais il faut être motivé, c'est quasiment les prix de Starbucks !)

Donc du coup on passe à l'apéro :)
Direction Carrefour où l'on peut trouver de la bière à 3 kuai la bouteille de 60cl (3%) et des chip à des parfums assez improbables, je cite algues, comcombre, thé citronné... le tout dans des grandes marques (Pringles, Lay's, etc.). Bien sur il a fallu tous les tester (merci Flavien et Marc), et en conclusion, bah on sait pourquoi ils ne les vendent pas en Europe !
Sinon dans l'ancienne concession française on peut trouver des vraies bières de chez nous mais elles sont au même prix que les bars en France, donc si on compte en nombre de repas chinois, ça en fait pas mal !

Et enfin, pour les repas du soir, soit c'est en semaine et on a faim tôt et on mange au RU, soit c'est en semaine et on a faim après 19h donc on mange un kebab à 4.5 kuai (en mode pain + oeuf + viande + huile + salade + piment + ketchup, pas mal du tout ^^), soit on n'est pas en semaine donc on n'est pas sur le campus donc on a plein de choix !
Du coup du moins cher au plus cher, on a les lamien (6 kuai le bol de nouilles, cf vidéo), les fast-food (25 kuai le best-off Big Mac), la fondue chinoise (50 kuai) et les restos de luxe avec des tables qui tournent (100 kuai, cf vidéo).

Vous aurez bien sur tous noté la photo où je masterise les baguettes chinoises ^^.
Alors il faut savoir qu'ici on n'a pas vraiment le choix, c'est en général la seule chose à laquelle on a le droit pour manger (de temps en temps ils nous donnent un cuillère pour manger la soupe, mais ça c'est parce qu'ils arrivent pas à la manger avec les baguettes :p)

Pour conclure, je dirai qu'on a pas trop à se plaindre niveau nourriture car c'est vraiment pas cher, on peut facilement manger beaucoup (du moment qu'on veut pas de sucré), et que si on y met un peu plus on peut avoir des plats européens ou très bons facilement. Néanmoins, ON A SOIF ! (comme l'eau n'est pas potable ils n'en servent pas au repas, donc on passe notre temps à courir après des bouteilles d'eau minérale...)
