Le début de la fin... du début !

Alors ce coup ci vous ne pourrez pas dire que je n’ai pas été inspiré pour le titre ^^. Alors pourquoi ça sent la fin ? Côté chinois, ils ont tous finis les cours, certains ont encore quelques exams, mais dès qu’ils ont terminé, ils repartent direct chez eux (très peu viennent de Shanghai). Du coup ca fait bizarre de se dire qu’on reverra probablement jamais des gens qu’on a côtoyé pendant 4 mois… De mon côté, le PFE touche aussi à sa fin (plus que trois semaines), ça va faire du changement de ne pas aller au labo tous les jours, je commençais tout juste à m’habituer ^^. De même, mon emploi du temps pour les 8 prochaines semaines est entièrement bouclé, donc je suis obligé de décliner toute nouvelle proposition, et je me dis que je serais bien resté un mois de plus :).

Par contre même si un certain nombre de choses sont en train de se finir, il y en a d’autres qui ne vont pas tarder à commencer, à savoir un grand nombre de voyages aux quatre coins de la Chine, en passant par Nanjing, Hong Kong, Kumming, Guilin, Chengdu… avec plein de perspectives de découvertes en vue ! Et ça commence dès ce soir avec une expédition pour le Mont Taishan, la montagne sacrée où les empereurs se faisaient couronner (après avoir gravi l’escalier de 7000 marches…).

Côté week-end, comme la semaine dernière c’était repos (juste le week-end hein, pas toute la semaine ^^), on en a profité pour aller visiter un centre commercial a 10 minutes à pied de chez nous, le Gateway66. Première remarque en regardant la liste des boutiques : « Tiens, ya autant de boutiques qu’à Part Dieu, c’est pas fou ». Deuxième remarque : « Ha nan, c’est juste la liste des boutiques du premier étage ! » Troisième remarque : « Ha ouais ya quand même 7 étages… ». Donc pour vous dire que je n’ai jamais vu autant de boutiques réunies au même endroit, avec notamment un étage complet dédié aux enfants, et pas un seul vrai magasin d’informatique (ils étaient tous réunis dans le centre commercial Metro City, de l’autre côté de la rue). On pourra noter qu’il y avait un magasin avec pas mal de bouquins en anglais, parmi lesquels j’ai regardé les guides de voyage disponibles. Mais impossible de trouver le Lonely Planet (Routard version ++) de la Chine. Et effectivement, il a été interdit pour son analyse politique et surtout pour sa carte du pays qui indique que Taiwan ne fait pas partie de la Chine (sujet délicat, attention ^^). Sinon il y avait le Lonely Planet Shanghai, mais là accrochez-vous bien, certaines pages avaient été censurées au marqueur ! Et c’était le cas de tous les exemplaires présents -_-'.

Pour continuer la session Shopping, j’ai fait comme tout bon français habitant a Shanghai, je suis allé m’acheter ma paire de Feiyue a 95Y, donc bonne occasion pour des chaussures qui sont vendues 8 fois plus cher en France ^^. Et pour finir, j’ai trouvé de la mousse à raser dans un magasin d’expats, donc j’ai enfin pu me raser (si vous avez vu les photos de Huangshan ça commençait à devenir critique :p).

Le dimanche, je suis parti en direction du nord de Shanghai, pour aller visiter le fameux temple du Bouddha de Jade. Bah il y avait un temple, il y avait un joli Bouddha en jade, mais comme dirait le coturne ça cassait pas trois pates à un canard (faut dire aussi que niveau temple on commence à être expert). Sinon pas très loin de là il y avait la très intéressante rue Mogashan, avec au numéro 50 toute une série d’entrepôts convertis en galeries d’art moderne. Visite très sympa, œuvres variées, et coup de cœur tout particulier pour la galerie Island6 avec son art numérique, comme des tableaux-écran interactifs qui réagissent quand on leur téléphone. Classe.

Côté perso j’ai trouvé un club de Badminton où je suis allé faire une séance lundi contre des gens qui savaient vraiment jouer (et du coup j’ai encore mal aux jambes et au bras), et j’ai enfin fait mon rapport mensuel de PFE (avec seulement trois semaines de retard…).

Côté anecdote, pour savoir où vous êtes sur un plan en Chine, vous regardez où est-ce qu’il y a un trou sur le panneau, et c’est là que se situait feu l’indication “vous êtes ici” avant que des milliers de chinois ne mettent leur doigt dessus ^^.

Côté réflexion sur les chinois et leurs rapports aux autres, j’ai remarqué qu’ils étaient assez bipolaire : d’une part ils vont être super sympa, très hospitalier, et te proposer de l’aide quand tu en a besoin, et d’autre part ils vont vivre leur vie sans en avoir rien a faire des gens autour (ils ne disent pas bonjour, n’hésitent pas à faire du bruit quand les autres dorment, à bousculer quelqu’un qui est sur leur passage et ce sans s’excuser, etc.). Du coup c’est assez perturbant parce qu’en France, on a soit des gens qui font attention aux autres, soit des gens qui pensent qu’à leur gueule, mais pas vraiment les deux en même temps.

Et pour finir, côté site, j’ai rajouté la galerie “Shanghai – Misc” qui rassemble diverses photos prises aux quatre coins de la ville et qui dormaient sur mon ordinateur :).
