I think that what you posted made a bunch of sense. However, what about this? what if you wrote a catchier title? I am not suggesting your information isn't good., however suppose you added a title to maybe grab people's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You should peek at Yahoo's front page and see how they create news headlines to grab viewers interested. You might try adding a video or a related picture or two to grab people interested about what you've written. In my opinion, it might make your blog a little bit more interesting.
