The government put this man on the dark side of the moon with orders to kill. He fulfilled those orders. When there is a war anyone not wearing the uniform of your country is fair game. We fire bombed Tokyo and killed over 100,000. We fire bombed Dresden which had no strategic value and killed thousands. We bombed Laos and Cambodia and killed thousands of civilians. Bales did exactly what he was sent to do; kill Afghanis. The fact that he is on trial only demonstrates this country's hypocracy when it comes to war. In war the equation is very simple, kill more of them than the other guys can kill of your group. That's exactly what Bales did. All the whiners take a ticket and get to the back of the bus. Until you've been in a war and seen your best friend's face turned into a pile of goo you've got no right to judge this man's actions.
